In the summer of year 2000, three young Indians, Mr. Madan Mohan, Capt. Rajesh Balwan, & Mr. Krishan Mohan joined hands to establish Deneb & Pollux Tours & Travels Pvt Ltd., a travel company at a time when India had just started attracting foreign investments.

The economic boom had not yet begun but the founding Directors had already sensed the future of Tourism in India. Mr. Madan Mohan was instrumental in setting up Deneb & Pollux in New Delhi .The Company started operations from its office at Connaught Place & catered to emerging corporate travel market in those days. By 2002, the volume of business had grown so much in Gurgaon that the Operations Divison had to be relocated at newly acquired office space at South City, where we are still today. The Connaught place office was designated solely for Inbound/Outbound travel & Tourism.

We started to develop management systems early on, driven by high office costs in NCR and by an expanding business network which needs to be well connected. Over 600 people now work directly on Deneb & Pollux roster and another 300 people indirectly work for the company through strategic tie –ups all around India.

The Year 2006 was another milestone in the history of Deneb & Pollux, as it was recognized by Toyota Motors as its most preferred business partner owning maximum number of Toyota Innovas by any single holding in India. We still continue to hold that distinction till date.

In January 2007, Deneb & Pollux Aviation Pvt Ltd was launched. Presently it is operating through strategic tie-ups with various fleet owners around the globe but plans are afoot to purchase first fleet of Bell Helicopters soon.

Again in 2007, Deneb & Pollux Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd was established. Approximately 100 acres of land has been acquired in district of Jaipur & plans are underway for development & construction of one of the best 5 star Hotel in India.
