Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation-
For cancellation of the car reservation(s), the following procedure will be followed in case payment is made in advance.
1. Cancellation of booking will be accepted through mail only.
2. If the cancellation is made 2 hours before the reporting time, a full refund will be made after deducting the transaction fee.
3. If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours from the reporting time, a minimum charge (4hrs and 40 km) will be applicable.

Refund-
1. Charges made will be refunded if the amount is found to be wrongly charged and/or charged multiple times by mistake.
2.  The charges will be refunded as per the cancellation policy.
3.  Refund will be made as per the transaction method, and will be refunded within 5-7 working days after deducting transaction charges.
