A. You can rent a car if you are 18 years and above.
Q. Can I create a booking for my friend or family member?
A. Yes, you can create a booking for your friend or a family member. You need to submit your documents in addition to your friend or a family member documents (Either at the time of booking or at the time of receiving the car). Any balance amount will be deducted from your credit card given at the time of booking.

A. Yes, our support team is available 24*7 for customer queries. Customer can pick car from our hub at any time of the day (24*7).
Q. What should I do if I didn’t receive car on time?

Q. When does my Booking start?
A. Your booking starts from the date and time entered at the time of booking. In case of home delivery or pickup, start Km and time will be calculated from our garage back to our garage.
Q. Where can we get the luxury car on rent in India?
A. Our luxury cars services are available in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Cochin, Goa, Coimbatore, Lucknow.
Q. How are rental fees calculated if I extend the rental during the original rental period?
A. The rental fees will be calculated either on a daily rate basis or based on the extra distance covered.
Q. What type of cars do you have?
A. We have economy, Luxury Cars, SUVs & MUVs, full size, convertibles.
Q. Do you have air conditioned cars?
A. Yes, all our cars have air conditioning.
Q. What is the minimum booking duration?
A. The car can be booked for a period of minimum 4 hours.
Q. Can I Get A Monthly “Car Rental/Car Subscription"?
A. No, As per Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd, India policy, refund to early returns of the car will not be returned. However, it can be adjusted in specific time duration of travel. For more information, contact:+91 997-103-3111.
Q. What all is included in the fare?
A. The rental fare is inclusive of rent for the hired period. All the applicable government taxes, toll and parking charges are extra.
Q. How will I get a refund of my balance amount?
A. Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd will refund the amount in the same account through which customer has made payment during booking.
Q. After how many days will I get my refund?
A. Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd will release the invoice within 24 hours of the end time of your booking. It usually takes 7-10 working days for a bank to credit the same into your account.
Q. How can I pay for my rental?
A. You can pay for your rental using credit card/debit card/net banking.
Q. How can I prepone my start time?
A. In case you want to pre-pone your start time, you can do the same from App or give a call to our support team +91 997-103-3111. Amendment will be subject to availability of the car.
Q. Is there any per day km cap or it is unlimited?
A. Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd provides two types of Plan for Self Drive i.e Limited as well as Unlimited. You can drive unlimited KM if you have chosen the unlimited KM plan during booking.
Q. Can I change my car model?
A. Yes, you can change your model depending on the availability. In case of upgradation to higher model, you need to pay difference amount. In case of downgrade, if it is done 24 hour before booking start time then difference amount will be refunded. If downgraded within 24 hour of booking start time, no refund will be done.
Q. Is Smoking or drinking inside the car is allowed car?
A. No, Smoking and Drinking are not allowed inside the car. In case of any violation, you will be charged as per the Indian Motor vehicle act.
Q. Which mode of payment are accepted by Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd ?
A. Deneb & Pollux Tours and Travels Pvt Ltd accepts payment through Credit card, Debit card, Wallet, net banking and UPI. You are requested to make a payment in advance through app or website or link shared by support team. We do not accept cash as mode of payment.
Q. Is there been any other tax, which I need to pay?
A. Yes, you need to pay a 12% tax as per the state laws.
Q. Can I rent a luxury car without a reservation?
A. Yes, you can rent a luxury car without reservation. However, this depends on availability. Non-reserved rents are provided on a first-come-first-served basis. It is always advisable to reserve the car you want to hire.
Q. Are there any restrictions on mileage when using a rental luxury car?
A. Mileage on luxury cars will be charged from one garage to another. The minimum limit for outstation mileage is 250 km per day and for other state it is 300 KM.
Q. How can I modify/extend my booking?
A. In case of modification or extension, you can do the same from your mobile App or give a call to our support team +91 997-103-3111. You can extend your booking before 4 hours of your end time. Extension charges will be applicable as follows:-
If you didn’t extend/modify your booking before 4 hours of your end time, then twice the normal fare will be applicable for the total hour extended by you (minimum billing will be for 4 hour ).
In case, you informed before 4 hours of your end time to our support team. If car is available, then normal charge will be applicable.
If car is not available, you will not be able to extend your booking. Even if you choose to return the car late, then Normal charge*2 times will be applicable for total extended hour.
